A day spent on Berrow beach and I now have a large quantity of seaweed to start working with on my next project. Washed and dried several times, some is now inside and the rest outside waiting for a hot day! Everywhere inside and out now smells decidedly fishy.
Have finally managed to finish the second ‘costume’ for Saltaire (http://www.saltaireinspired.org.uk/saltaire-arts-trail-2015-gallery/). Now all I’ve got to do is transport the work to Yorkshire and install it in someones house! I really like using Indian ink, there is a depth to the blackness which makes the work seem soft but it is in fact razor sharp, […]
